Warning Letter Watch Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Visionary Alignment LLC (“we”) handles personal information on warningletterwatch.com (the “Service”). The Service is intended for users in the United States.

1. What we collect

Email address, when you sign up for alerts or a digest. We use double opt-in: you are subscribed only after you confirm by clicking the link we email you (sent through Resend).
Watchlist terms you enter (for example, company names, products, marks or establishments you want to watch) and your alert settings.
Payment information, when you pre-order or subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited details (such as name, email, amount and the last four digits of a card) but never store full card numbers.
Usage, device and cookie data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless tool, to measure aggregate site traffic. We use no non-essential cookies and no advertising or cross-site trackers.
Messages you send us, including correction requests.

2. Public-record data we display

The records shown on the Service come from public government sources and are about businesses. Our record pages show company and facility information from FDA records. We do not display the names of individuals (for example, individual signatories or recipients named in letters); we redact them. We do not use public records to build profiles of individuals.

3. How we use information

To send the alerts and emails you asked for, run and secure the Service, process payments and refunds, respond to requests, improve the Service, and comply with law.

We do not sell or “share” your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising). We disclose it only to service providers that operate the Service for us — such as Resend (email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting) — under contracts limiting their use; when required by law; or in a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy.

5. Email and unsubscribing

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address, as required by CAN-SPAM. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly (within 10 business days at most). We may still send transactional messages about purchases or refunds.

6. Retention

We keep account and watchlist data while your account is active and delete or de-identify it within 90 days after you close your account or unsubscribe from all emails, except payment and tax records, which we keep as required by law (generally up to 7 years), and suppression lists so we do not email you again.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update your watchlist and email settings at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, submit the contact form and choose ‘Legal notice, cancellation or privacy request’, or write to Visionary Alignment LLC, P.O. Box 19241, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable US state law. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

9. Children

The Service is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. You must be at least 18.

10. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes by email.
